It intensely moisturizes and conditions, and is perfect for weak hair that needs more volume. In Lithuania and nearby regions, stinging nettle concoctions have long been used to stimulate hair growth, to improve the shine and appearance of hair. They are rich in minerals (potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron, sulfur, silicon, chlorine, etc.). Silica strengthens the hair while sulfur can help prolong the growth phase of hair.
