Põhjaka Pihlakanaps 200ml

Pudel: 200ml
Kangus: 26% vol

Soovitame juua kergelt jahutatult suuremast aroomiklaasist. Soojemate ilmadega sobib sorts Pihlakanapsu imehästi lisandiks külmale vahuveinile või õunasiidrile.

Namely, there is also a very peculiar variety of apple growing in Estonia – Pihlakas. Yes, rowan is actually a tiny apple. Because of its tiny nature, it is popularly known as a berry. Rowanberries contain a lot of sorbic acid, which gives them a bitter and light taste bitter taste.

When the harvest is in hand, we crush the rowanberries and infuse them with high-quality domestic rye spirit for three months. From now on, time will do most of the work for us. Before bottling the mountain ash, we filter and adjust the final taste. It is important for us that there is a balance between the strength of the drink, the sweetness and the specific taste of the rowan. Because we make our drinks from real berries and fruits
a slight precipitate may form at the bottom of the bottle. Swiss chard is slightly bitter, thanks to which it is very suitable as an aperitif on its own. Creates a better appetite and stimulates the taste buds. We recommend drinking slightly chilled from a larger aroma glass. In warmer weather, the mountain ash variety is a wonderful addition to cold sparkling wine or apple cider.
